Report Non-compliant CBD products to Trading Standards
If the product you searched for does not appear in UK CBD LIST results it means it is not permitted to be sold in the UK by the FSA. Please note, this only applies to CBD food products (tinctures, gummies, drinks etc)
If you are concerned about a product you can report it via this form and we will pass to the right contact at Trading Standards. They will then assess if they need to investigate further.
